Important Info RE Group Assured Access Conversion to Individual Assured Access Benefits Plan

Sisters and Brothers of Unifor ACL,

You were sent notice in December of the discontinuation of Group Assured Access (GAA) effective January 1, 2026. At that time, you were offered a one-time opportunity to convert your GAA coverage to an Individual Assured Access (IAA) plan or to choose MyFuture coverage for your post-employment benefits. Access to MyFuture requires no advance action prior to retirement.

Please note the deadline to convert from GAA to IAA without requiring proof of good health is March 2, 2026.

Unifor ACL encourages you to consider the option that best supports you and your family, as everyone’s needs are different.
