Call for Issues / Bargaining Proposals

UACL Bargaining Committee is preparing for fall bargaining. The collective agreement expires December 31, 2025.

This is your opportunity to tell us what Issues you want discussed at the bargaining table!

These Proposals could include changes to the collective agreement or just something which you believe would improve the working conditions of members. Describe the Issue as clearly as possible and you might want to include any suggestions on how you think that Issue could be resolved. Please write only one issue per form and submit as many forms as you like. Please write in the collective agreement Article number, if applicable.

You must include your name and Local number for your suggestion to be considered.

All proposals must be submitted on the proper form. Forms can be obtained from Stewards or your local Executive Officers. Fillable form can also be downloaded from the Local 506 website at https://unifor506.ca/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Bargaining-Proposal-Form-2025-Fillable.pdf
