Take care of your physical and mental health in this time of stress.

For those who don’t know me yet, I am Erin Howell Sharpe, women’s advocate for Unifor Local 506 in New Brunswick.

I am making up a list of resources to have on hand that can help us all through this trying time.  

I know many families are without daycare and some partners may be without work at all.  I will do my best to update this list as I find new resources.

If you need a prescription renewed, call your doctor and they will call it in to the pharmacy. If you do not have a family doctor, see the above links.
